I loved the spacious and clean room with comfortable bedding, and the staff were always kind and attentive. The hotel was well-located, with access to local attractions and restaurants, perfect for my needs.
Noise from nightlife disturbed my sleep.

Modern hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed free breakfast!
There were a safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini-fridge-bar in my a double room. The bathroom was clean, with a tub. The hotel was set in a central area close enough to Quito from various directions in Ecuador, restaurants, shops, banks, and restaurants and nightlife abound.

The location is convenient, with easy access to local attractions and a very spacious room that was quite comfortable. Noise from the nightlife was a significant issue was great. Breakfast had limited appeal, often resulting in bland options, and the removal of furniture from our room without prior notice was frustrating. The attentive staff was good.

Excellent staff. Good-sized rooms, comfortable with quality fittings. Good location. Good travel and tour agency in the building. A fine mid to upmarket choice at a good price.
Breakfast expensive, but plenty of nearby alternatives including on-site cafe (closed w/ends and hols)

This is the noisiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There is disco/karioki bar that sounds like it is in your room. They wailed to 2;30 am and with a 5:30 am wakeup not much sleep

Nice stay, but street noise can get loud
Checked in for a couple nights and the first room on the 10th floor was awesome! But the next one on the second floor was kinda outdated and super noisy with the street traffic. Staff were super friendly though and helped store our bags. Breakfast included, but it gets crowded quick. Had a good, basic meal at the restaurant.

1. Staff at reception was helpful and friendly 2. Staff know English! 3. Rates reasonable for the comfort it provides 4. Room very clean, bathroom well equipped 5. Hotel is eco conscious 6. Bellboy service was good and reliable
I would suggest the reception staff make it clear that all of the food/drink items provided in the room or for sale, not for free. Prices for each item should be listed in the room so guests can know how much they spend. I had a couple of soft drinks, chocolates, and potato chips and the bill came to $15 incl. Taxes. Had I known this I would not have consumed these.

I liked free breakfast, hotel's good and absolutely perfect location.
I was offered a room with panoramic views of the mountains. Location: the hotel was not far from the center of town, all the restaurants and attractions, and the taxis which park outside.

Not bad if you can handle loud nights
The rooms were clean and spacious with good bedding. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for access to attractions. The noise from the street and nearby nightlife was unbearable. The breakfast had plenty of options including eggs and pastries.

Good for a quiet getaway
I was really impressed with the spacious room and the kind, helpful staff. The breakfast had a great variety, especially the fresh pastries, and it really set the right tone for the day.
It definitely wasn't cheap, but for what I got, it was still acceptable.

Staff was very helpfull for organizing and answering things that were not clear.
Cost of breakfast is too high. Better included in the room rates.

I like the fact the hotel has their own parking lot to station the car under ground and also the fact that the room was clean. The other thing I like is the location, it is located in the heart of the city of Quito.
I didn't like the service provided much, I wish I had stayed somewhere else. The hotel doesn't have an ac which is a must for me regardless of the climate. Next time I will be staying somewhere else.
